By using the gen1.bio website or mobile app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. gen1 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after the updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The latest version of the Terms will always be available on this page.
Account Creation and Security
To create an account on gen1, you must be at least 18 years old. It is your responsibility to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Each user may have only one account. Attempts to create multiple accounts will result in suspension of all accounts.
You are responsible for keeping your login information (username and password) confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, immediately notify gen1 Support. gen1 is not liable for any security losses resulting from user negligence leading to information leaks.
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Users must follow the following rules when using the gen1 platform:
- Participation in fraud, cheating, or any dishonest activity on the platform is prohibited.
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical methods to gain unfair advantage is prohibited.
- Attempting to access or steal another user’s account information is strictly forbidden.
- Modifying, reverse engineering, or attempting to hack any part of the platform is prohibited.
- Promotion of obscene, hateful, or illegal content is prohibited.
- Only individuals of legal age under Bangladesh law are permitted to use the platform.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or closure of the user’s gen1 account.
Payment and Transaction Policy
All transactions on gen1 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Approved local payment methods such as bKash and Nagad must be used for deposits and withdrawals. Transactions may be canceled if accurate information is not provided.
Account verification (KYC) is mandatory before applying for withdrawals. Funds wagered within a specified period or meeting required conditions must be confirmed; otherwise, withdrawals may be blocked. gen1 investigates any transaction related to money laundering or suspicious activity and will report to relevant authorities if necessary. Transaction fees and processing times may vary depending on the payment method.
Liability and Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, software, and trademarks on the gen1 platform are the sole intellectual property of gen1. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use these materials.
Gen1 makes reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted platform service; however, service interruptions may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. gen1 shall not be held liable for such disruptions. Liability for damages caused by third-party payment gateways or software providers is also limited. gen1 is not responsible for any third-party links or advertisements displayed on the platform.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Gen1 may suspend or permanently close accounts without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- If serious breach of Terms or fraud is proven.
- If managing multiple accounts is proven.
- If illegal or suspicious financial activity is detected.
- In compliance with legal regulations or regulatory authority orders.
Balances will be refunded after verification if the account is closed unless fraud is detected. Users may also request account closure anytime. Upon request, balances will be settled and the account closed.
Applicable Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, the matter will be settled in the competent courts of Bangladesh.
